All cars must be off the streets between 11 pm and 6 am. Any cars that have not been removed could be towed at the owners expense. For overnight parking cars are allowed to park on the west side of 705 East (opposite of the HOA cluster mailboxes). The HOA asks all owners to first park cars in your garage then your driveway. Visitors are allowed to park in the common area street between 6 am to 11 pm. Please refer to the picture below for overnight parking.
